The Craftsman-inspired home features a natural exterior palette and a breezeway connecting house and garage, which doubles as a small winter greenhouse for overwintering plants. The surrounding land serves as a homestead retreat, where the homeowners spend their days gardening and foraging. The steep site was terraced with planting beds tucked between boulder retaining walls, and the master plan anticipates future additions including a barn, outdoor kitchen, and hot tub pavilion. With space to work, rest, and age in place, the home fosters year-round connection to nature.
